We use DPD for most parcels and Royal Mail for smaller items, all shipments are tracked and insured. The courier will take a photo of the item in your open doorway as proof of delivery, along with providing GPS co-ordinates of the delivery point. A valid telephone number is required by the courier for all orders so they may contact you directly if they have a problem delivering your order - please make sure you add this to your details at checkout.
Orders are processed for delivery Monday to Friday, with same day dispatch for next working day delivery, if an order is received, and payment cleared by 2pm. Orders made at the weekend will be processed and dispatched Monday (except for Bank Holidays). We will email you the tracking number once it's been generated.

If there is nobody in at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), the driver will post a card through your door to let you know that a delivery attempt was made. They will then take the parcel back to the local depot for a second attempt at delivery the next working day.
You can re-arrange delivery from the details left on the calling card or by using the DPD website with your tracking number. If no contact is made with the courier after the second attempt the order will be kept for 24 hours at the courier depot and then returned to us, and re-delivery charges will apply.
