Q: How do I choose a gaming laptop?

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: If you are in the UK Mainland it's normally shipped with DPD for next day delivery if your order is placed before 2pm. We will provide tracking details by email as soon as they are available. If in doubt please contact us.


Q: Can you send my item "Special delivery" or "Saturday/Sunday delivery"?

A: This is not always possible, but if you reach out to us we may be able to arrange something with you.


Q: I live in Channel Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland - how much is shipping and how long will it take?

A: Please check our Delivery Information page before ordering - orders will normally take an extra 1-3 days. The cost of delivery is shown during checkout. If in doubt, please contact us.


Q: Can you offer any discount on the price listed online?

A: Sorry - the margins are too tight to offer any discounts - the best price is the price listed - however if you want to buy in bulk, then please contact us for a quote.


Q: Can I collect my purchase in person?

A: No, as unfortunately we don't have a retail shop. However, if you contact us in advance we can sometimes make arrangements for you.


Technical Questions

Q: Can you upgrade the RAM, processor or any other features on the item?

A: Yes, please contact us with your request.


International Customers

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?

A: No, unfortunately we are only able to ship within the UK.


Once your order has been placed

Q: Where can I find my VAT invoice?

A: We provide a VAT invoice in the box with all orders. If you'd like an email copy you will need to specifically request this, please contact us and we'll send it through.


Q: I have not received any tracking details?

A: All order confirmation and tracking numbers are sent to your email address - usually by 9am the morning after the order was placed. If you have not received these emails please check your spam. If you still haven't received it, please contact us and we'll track it down for you.


Q: My order has not arrived - what should I do?

A: You should have received a tracking number - please check with the couriers website and call them for more details - if you are still having problems please contact us straight away.


Q: My order has arrived but it is faulty - what should I do?

A: Please contact us with the details immediately and let us know what the issue is. Normally we can resolve minor problems straight away. See our return information


Q: I've a problem with my purchase - what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your purchase. We're here to help! Email us at: info@tekshop.co.uk You can expect a response within a few hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM).


Q: My order has arrived but I have changed my mind and wish to return it.

A: We accept returns on items ordered within the last 30 days. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be able to arrange a return for you. Please View our returns page for full details of our returns procedure. Please be aware that if any customer damage is found on the device on its return we may need to make a deduction from the refund to cover the cost of repair.


Q: Can I change my shipping address once I have paid?

A: Unfortunately, we're not normally able to change delivery addresses once the item has shipped. If you've noticed a mistake after purchasing please give us a call or drop us an email and we should be able to correct it. Once the item has shipped, we are not able to change the address.


Q: Can I cancel the item once I have paid?

A: Once the item is marked as "dispatched" your item will be with our courier, and usually this means we are not able to cancel the purchase. In some circumstances we can cancel the order, however, please note that any shipping costs may not be refunded as while shipping is free at point of sale, we do have to cover the costs! Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
